Health Cart - How to Reset Practitioner Password

Requirements to complete the outlined steps:

  1. An Organization Administration (OA) account or an account with OA privileges
  2. Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv OR https://trial.safetylabs.org/

Steps to Reset Practitioner Password:

  • STEP 1: Login as an OA or a user with OA privileges
  • STEP 2: Change the Organization if require (Here)
  • STEP 3: Go to User & Privileges > Reset Password
    1. Click on Reset Password
    2. Find the Practitioner
    3. Click on Reset Password Button
    4. After click on Reset Password button, New Password will show on the Screen.

After Sucessful Reset, You can change the new Password.

    • Login with the Practitioner User ID and Reset Password
    • After login Dialogue box will show on screen to “Set Password”
    • Create you New Password and Submit
    • Login with the new Password.
