Health Cart - How to Remove Moved-Out Patient
Requirements to complete the outlined steps:
- An Organization Administration (OA) account or an account with OA privileges
- Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv OR https://trial.safetylabs.org/
Steps to Remove Moved-Out Patient:
- STEP 1: Login as an OA or a user with OA privileges
- Login ID – admin@bestseniorliving.org (example)
- Password – xxxxxx
- STEP 2: Change the Organization if require (Here)
- STEP 3: Go to Manage Recourses > Patients
- Click on Patient.
- Search the Patient Name in the List.
- Click on Update button on Patient.
- Click on Is Patient Enabled – ON.
- Click on Update Patient
- (Patient will Remove from Health Cart – Patient List)
After Successful Remove, Dialog box will show on Screen for Confirmation.
- Remove Patient will not show under Total Patient List.
- Remove Patient will not show under Health Cart Patient List.
