Health Cart - How to Remove Moved-Out Patient

Requirements to complete the outlined steps:

  1. An Organization Administration (OA) account or an account with OA privileges
  2. Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv OR https://trial.safetylabs.org/

Steps to Remove Moved-Out Patient:

  • STEP 1: Login as an OA or a user with OA privileges
  • STEP 2: Change the Organization if require (Here)
  • STEP 3: Go to Manage Recourses > Patients
    1. Click on Patient.
    2. Search the Patient Name in the List.
    3. Click on Update button on Patient.
    4. Click on Is Patient Enabled – ON.
    5. Click on Update Patient
      • (Patient will Remove from Health Cart – Patient List)

After Successful Remove, Dialog box will show on Screen for Confirmation.

    • Remove Patient will not show under Total Patient List.
    • Remove Patient will not show under Health Cart Patient List.
