Health Cart - How to make a Video Call from Practitioner
Requirements to complete the outlined steps:
- An Practitioner account or an account with Practitioner privileges
- Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv OR https://trial.safetylabs.org/
Steps to Make a Video Call:
- STEP 1: Login as a Practitioner or a user with Practitioner privileges
- Login ID – practitioner@bestseniorliving.org (example)
- Password – xxxxxx
- STEP 2:Go to Practitioner
- Click on Patient Name on Alert
OR - Search the Patient Name in the Patient List
- Click on Patient Name on Alert
- Video Call button will show on Patient Details page
- Click on Video Call button for make a Call from practitioner
(Video Call button will show enable on Portal once Patient Linked with the HealthCart OR Sirona.TV)
After Sucessful Connect on Video Call:
- We can add maximum no of 3 Person on Call with COPY LINK.
