How to upload Family Picture
Requirements to complete the outlined steps:
- A Relative account with upload privileges. How to add Relatives (Link)
- Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv (most likely)
- Steps to Upload Family Picture
- STEP 1: Login on Web or Mobile App as the Relative as you are adding Family Picture:
- Login ID – relative@bestseniorliving.org (example)
- Password – xxxxxx
- STEP 1: Login on Web or Mobile App as the Relative as you are adding Family Picture:
STEP 2: After login into the Web App:
- A list of your relatives will show.
- Select the relative
- Click on the Family App icon to Upload Images
- Click on Create Album > Add Album Name
- Upload Video and Images
