How to Unlink a Patient from Sirona.tv
Requirements to complete the outlined steps:
- An Organization Administration (OA) account or an account with OA privileges
- Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv
- Steps to Unlink a Patient:
- Step 1: Login as an OA or a user with OA privileges
- Login ID – admin@bestseniorliving.org (example)
- Password – xxxxxx
- Step 2: Go to Sirona.TV Management > REGISTERED ANCHORS
- Click on Patient – Which you want to UNLINK.
- Step 1: Login as an OA or a user with OA privileges
- Click on Unlink Patient and enter last 6 digits ANCHOR ID without any space on Pop-up. (Ex. 33df06)
- After OK press, Anchor will go to unlink and show Anchor Unlink Screen.
