How to manage dining menus
Requirements to complete the outlined steps:
- A community manager or an account with community manager privileges
- Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv (Most likely)
- Your meal should be added. How to add a meal.
- Dishes to be used for the menu should be added. How to add a dish.
Steps to manage dining menus:
- STEP 1: Login as the community manager as you are going to manage community services
- Login ID – xxxxxx (community.manager@bestseniorliving.org)
- Password – xxxxxx
STEP 2: After login into the Community Manager add Menu
One Menu at a time
- Click on Community Services > Menu
- Select the Meal and Dish Type.
- Click on Select Dishes to expose available dishes
- Select Date and update Venue.
- Click on Add Dining to save the meal.
Multiple Menus at a time
- STEP 1: To Create Multiple Menu
- Go to Community Services > Download Community Services Excel
- Select Community (Menu)
- Download File Format
- Fill the required details and save the file as menu.xlsx (View example)
- STEP 2:To upload Menu in bulk
- Go to Community Services > Download Community Services Excel
- Select Community (Menu)
- Click on Browse button and upload Excel file (menu.xlsx)
- Click on Upload Community Service the file.
- You can check all the uploaded activities under Community Services > MENU
