How to manage Announcement?
Requirements to complete the outlined steps:
- A community manager or an account with community manager privileges
- Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv (Most likely)
- Steps to manage Announcement:
- STEP 1: Login as the community manager as you are going to manage community services
- Login ID – xxxxxx (community.manager@bestseniorliving.org)
- Password – xxxxxx
- STEP 2: After login into the Community Manager add Announcement
- STEP 1: Login as the community manager as you are going to manage community services
One Announcement at a time
- Click on Community Services > Announcement
- Enter announcement title and announcement description.
- Select Date, Duration, Venue, Template.
- Click on Add announcement to save.
Multiple Announcements at a time
- STEP 1: To Create Multiple Announcement
- Go to Community Services > Download Community Services Excel
- Select Community (Announcement)
- Download File Format
- Fill the required details and save the file as announcement.xlsx
- STEP 2: To upload Announcement in bulk
- Go to Community Services > Download Community Services Excel
- Select Community (Announcement)
- Click on Browse button and upload Excel file (announcement.xlsx)
- Click on Upload Community Servicethe file.
- You can check all the uploaded announcement under Community Services > Announcement
- STEP 1: To Create Multiple Announcement
