How to add a dish
Requirements to complete the outlined steps:
- A community manager or an account with community manager privileges
- Your Hosted server – https://live.sirona.tv (Most likely)
- Your meal should be added. How to add a meal.
One Dish at a time
- STEP 1: Login as the community manager as you are going to manage community services
- Login ID – community.manager@bestseniorliving.org (example)
- Password – xxxxxx
- STEP 2: After login into the Community Manager
- Click on Community Services > DISH
- Click on Dish Type
- Enter Dish Name and Enter Ingredient Name (Click: Add Ingredient for another Ingredient)
- Click on ADD DISH to save the dish.
Multiple Dishes at a time
- STEP 1: To Create multiple Dishes at a time
- Go to Community Services > Download Community Services Excel
- Select Community (Dish)
- Download File Format
- Fill the required details and save the file as dish.xlsx (View example)
- STEP 2:To upload Dishes in bulk
- Go to Community Services > Download Community Services Excel
- Select Community (Dish)
- Click on Browse button and upload Excel file (dish.xlsx)
- Click on Upload Community Service the file.
- You can check all the uploaded dishes under Community Services > DISH
