The senior living organizations have communities in multiple locations. Many times, some staff members have the responsibility which spans multiple communities but mostly staff works in one community. Many times, one location may have multiple sites or buildings which are shown as communities in the above figure

The structure of an organization and its staff can be complex. For this reason, Sirona.tv supports a flexible organizational structure. One or more organizations can be a part of another organization. Staff members can be associated with any of their child organizations.

On the top sits the corporate Organization Admin (OA) who is responsible for creating organizations to represent local facilities.  Each facility would have its own Organization admin. The OA of the facility can manage staff and other activities within their own organization.
